Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously. CleanValidate is built around the principle that we should hold as little of your data as possible.

What we store

• Account info: email, name.
• Job summaries: counts of valid/risky/invalid/unknown for usage and billing.
• Individual email results: stored temporarily so you can download reports.

Automatic deletion

Per-email results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. If you need to keep a report, download it before then.

Third parties

Validation runs through a third-party verification API. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
