1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge by emailing support@cleanvalidate.com with your account email and the order ID. Refunds requested within this window will be issued in full, no questions asked.

2. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until its end date.

3. Credit packs

One-time credit packs are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee described above.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
