These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleanValidate ("the Service", "we", "us"), operated by Future Media Marketing Fz-LLC ("Future Media Marketing Fz-LLC", trading as CleanValidate). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

CleanValidate provides a software-as-a-service platform for verifying the deliverability of email addresses (syntax, domain/MX records, SMTP checks, disposable and role-account detection) via a web dashboard and API. The Service does not send marketing emails on your behalf and does not provide email lists.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate email-hygiene purposes on lists you own or are otherwise lawfully entitled to process. You may not:

• Validate scraped, purchased or otherwise unlawfully obtained lists.
• Use the Service to support spam, phishing, fraud or any illegal activity.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its results without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, attack, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.

4. Plans, credits & billing

Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. One credit equals one validated email. Subscription plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account.

All fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Our payment processor handles billing and may act as the merchant of record.

Free-plan credits do not roll over month-to-month.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Data, privacy & retention

Per-email results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you upload.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, change features, or impose reasonable rate limits without notice.

8. Disclaimers

Email validation is probabilistic. We do not warrant that any specific address is or will remain deliverable. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for unlawful use. You may delete your account at any time from settings; outstanding fees remain payable.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
